WHO I AM
I am a queer, bisexual, trans-masculine, chronically ill & neurodivergent witch. I am a music school & PhD drop-out, a trained research scientist turned mystical revolutionary. I am the caretaker of a geriatric cat. I am child of earth and starry sky. I am a former atheist working with spirits and worshiping deities.
I love reading and research and asking questions that get to the heart of the matter. My favorite books are The Iliad and The Dispossessed. In my free time you can find me in the woods, talking with the forest spirits and my ancestors.
I not only explore the beyond, but I strive to bring back what I learn to share as widely as I can. In service of that work, I am also a writer. The Lex Hesperus, LLC is based in the remnants of the Great Black Swamp eco-region, the ancestral lands of the Miami, Peoria, and Potawami and a meeting place for many other indigenous peoples. My online presence comes to you through the infrastructure of the internet and its many interconnecting data centers in lands one cannot know or name. The liberation of one oppressed group is intertwined with the liberation of us all beginning with the indigenous folks who continue to live here. Opposition to the genocidal systems that threaten them is a vital part of collective liberation.
